Welcome to Resolve! By using our emergency garage door repair services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Resolve (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Resolve provides 24/7 emergency garage door repair services for residential and commercial properties in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to, spring replacement, opener repair, track realignment, and panel replacement.

3. Service Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: All service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and emergency priority. We strive for rapid response times for urgent requests.
  • Access: You must ensure access to the property and the garage door at the scheduled appointment time. Delays due to lack of access may incur additional charges or require rescheduling.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before scheduled arrival) may incur a trip charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: We provide transparent pricing and will offer a detailed estimate before any work begins.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • No-Shows/Refused Service: In cases where a technician arrives at the agreed-upon location and service is refused or access is denied without prior notice, a diagnostic or trip fee may apply.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. All repairs and parts installed by Resolve technicians come with a specific warranty, the details of which will be provided at the time of service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Resolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
